“I engaged Charlotte shortly after assuming the position as CEO of a PE-backed roll-up. I encountered two very different businesses working in very different ways with no shared message to the market, nor any form of GTM strategy across either enterprise. The legacy Sales function was underperforming with no focus on growth. 

Having previously worked with Charlotte I was sure she would be able to deliver, however the task in front of us was huge.
